MP CONGRATULATES KINGSTON COUNCIL ON TOP MARKS FOR EDUCATION, CHILDREN'S AND SOCIAL SERVICES

12.06.59pm GMT Mon 5th Dec 2005

Liberal Democrat Kingston Council has been congratulated on the top marks it achieved from Ofsted for its education, children's and social services.

Local MP Susan Kramer said:

"It is good to see Kingston up there with three other councils nationally in these categories."

The publication of the OFSTED Annual Performance Assessment coincided with Susan Kramer's visit to Robin Hood Primary School, in Kingston Vale, last week to congratulate the staff and pupils on their consistent achievements in winning awards.

Susan Kramer said:

"The school is one of the unsung success stories of the borough and I wanted to visit to congratulate the head, staff and pupils for all they have done.

"Robin Hood Primary deserves greater recognition for all its hard work and achievements."
